一陰一陽結，謂之喉痺。
一阴一阳结，谓之喉痹。

本篇結病一組皆以「某陽結」「某陰結」計數，獨此條陰陽並舉，故舉厥陰、少陽同結。底本作「痺」，為「痹」之異體。
心欬之狀，欬則心痛，喉中介介如梗狀，甚則咽腫喉痺。
心咳之状，咳则心痛，喉中介介如梗状，甚则咽肿喉痹。
Xīn kài zhī zhuàng, kài zé xīn tòng, hóu zhōng jiè jiè rú gěng zhuàng, shèn zé yān zhǒng hóu bì.
In heart cough, coughing brings pain in the heart and the throat feels blocked as though by a stick; in severe cases the pharynx swells and the throat closes.
「喉痺」之目於本站已立（id 324），所收惟第七篇「一陰一陽結，謂之喉痺」一條。**本篇「喉痺」1見，在心欬之狀「甚則咽腫喉痺」**——**是本站此目之第二條，亦《素問》言喉痺之二見**。「痺」讀 bì，**本篇惟此一見**——**不作「痹」（「痹」）**；**「痺」與「痹」碼位相鄰而形微異**，與第三十四篇「痺氣」、第三十六篇「喉痺」同形同讀；「喉」讀 hóu，本篇2見；「咽」讀 yān，**本篇惟此一見**——**「咽喉」之咽讀 yān**，不讀 yàn（吞嚥），亦不讀 yè（嗚咽）；「腫」讀 zhǒng，本篇3見；「甚」讀 shèn；「則」讀 zé，本篇28見。**第七篇之喉痺是「結」之所成，本篇之喉痺是「欬」之所甚**——**彼以一陰一陽之結釋其因，此以心欬之甚著其症**，**二條合觀，喉痺之因與症始備**。**「甚則」二字是本篇十一目之通例**：**每一目皆先言其常狀，繼以「甚則」言其變**——**肺欬甚則唾血、心欬甚則咽腫喉痺、肝欬甚則不可以轉、脾欬甚則不可以動、腎欬甚則欬涎**。

In counterflow inversion of the hand yang brightness and lesser yang it develops into throat blockage, swelling of the pharynx and stiffness; treat what governs the disease.
「發喉痺，嗌腫，痓」——**本篇「痺」讀 bì**；「嗌」讀 yì、**嗌讀 yì，咽喉也**；「痓」讀 chì，**底本作「痓」，讀 chì；通行本作「痙」**。
邪客於手少陽之絡，令人喉痺舌卷，口乾心煩，臂外廉痛，手不及頭，刺手中指次指爪甲上，去端如韭葉，各一痏，壯者立已，老者有頃已。

Xié kè yú shǒu shào yáng zhī luò, lìng rén hóu bì shé juǎn, kǒu gān xīn fán, bì wài lián tòng, shǒu bù jí tóu, cì shǒu zhōng zhǐ cì zhǐ zhǎo jiǎ shàng, qù duān rú jiǔ yè, gè yī wěi, zhuàng zhě lì yǐ, lǎo zhě yǒu qǐng yǐ.
When evil lodges in the network of the hand lesser yang it causes blockage of the throat and curling of the tongue, a dry mouth and fretting of the heart, pain along the outer edge of the arm, and a hand that cannot reach the head. Puncture above the nails of the middle and second fingers of the hand, a leek-leaf’s breadth from the tip, one puncture each. In a robust person it ends at once, in an old person after a while.
「令人喉痺舌卷，口乾心煩」——**「喉痺」本篇1見，在手少陽之絡一證中**：**喉痺與舌卷、口乾、心煩並見，是邪客手少陽之絡而咽喉之氣不得通**；**刺手中指次指爪甲上，去端如韭葉，各一痏，左取右、右取左**；**「喉」讀 hóu、「痺」讀 bì**
