Qi Bo

Qi Bo is the voice that answers the Yellow Emperor’s questions throughout the Suwen. He is given the title 天師, Heavenly Master, in the first chapter and is presumably a literary figure rather than a historical one — no independent record of him survives.

For a reader, the important thing is the role: the questioner asks simply and the answerer corrects him. Almost every doctrinal statement in the Suwen is delivered as an answer.
