三 sān — three; 實 shí — full, solid, having what it needs. Together: the three ways in which year, month and season can all be in a man's favour at once.
Shuowen
《說文》:實,富也。从宀从貫。貫,貨貝也。引申爲凡充足之稱。此篇三實與三虚對舉,虚者三者皆衰,實者三者皆盛,非邪氣之實。

In brief

The three fullnesses are the exact reverse of the three emptinesses. 逢年之盛,遇月之滿,得時之和,雖有賊風邪氣,不能危之也 — meet a year at its height, a month at its full, and a season in its harmony, and even thieving wind and evil cannot endanger a man. Huang Di receives the answer with unusual warmth — 善乎哉論!明乎哉道!請藏之金匱,命曰三實 — and then Shao Shi adds the sentence that keeps the doctrine honest: 然此一夫之論也, this is the account of one man. The three are therefore not a promise for a population but a rule for an individual, which is why the chapter can hold both the three emptinesses and the three fullnesses without contradiction.

The Emperor said: I wish to hear the three solids. Shao Shi said: To meet the year’s abundance, encounter the moon’s fullness and attain the season’s harmony, then though there be thieving wind and evil qi, they cannot endanger him. The Emperor said: How fine the discourse! How clear the way! Pray keep it in the golden coffer and name it the three solids. Yet this is the teaching of one man.
「三實」本篇3見,與三虚正反相對,逢年盛、遇月滿、得時和則邪不能危,末以「一夫之論」自限,故引全段。
